Bookings can be made by phone or by e-mail and lesson fees are to be paid one session in advance. Lesson fees, course fees, studio session fees or deposits are strictly non-refundable although a session may be re-arranged or cancelled by giving more than 7 days notice. Cancellation witnin 7 days of your booking will result in the session fee being lost.
Gift vouchers are also non-refundable and must be used by the expiry date specified on the voucher, which is six months after the voucher was purchased.
Courses enrolled upon must commence within six months of the date of enrollment or payment and the course must be completed within twelve months. |
