Better get used to those winter tyres

In times of recession our company cannot provide everything that was supposed to be given to our workers, especially if it is the equipment that doesn"t influence the productivity in a significant way. it means that when something is considered not to be a huge problem - we will not focus on that just yet. You better get used to those winter tyres in our firm car as there will be no new ones for this season. You should already put these on, if you want to make it look more professional, allright? We are not able to provide everything as usual for all our employees. You will have to cope with the equipment you have. Use the resources as much as it is possible, bring it to the limits and get used to that situation for the future too. You can never know when recession is going to strike again, is that right? We"d better be ready when the day comes, you know what I am saying? these winter tyres that you have in your car have to be enough for this season - this is only consequence that the whole situation has for you, nothing more than that actually. As for the future and other employees, we will see. For now it is enough. Not everybody has to know about the details of how our company is doing in financial aspects. That would be all.
